Welcome and no. Look for a little screw that holds the rotors on Pull that screw and they should come off. Also... the hubs get rusty, so sometime it takes a little banging on them to come off. Fair amount of penetrating oil/spray should help alot.

If its a full floating rear axle you with have to pull the axles, calipers, hub lock and lock nut as well as the key way, outer bearing, then remove the complete hub and pound the wheel studs out to remove the rotor, after installing new rotors you will need to replace the hubs seals and axle flange gaskets, and properly set the bearing preload on the hub lock nut.
