Got my mew truck and i am ready to start upgrading.... appearance, performance, whatever i would like to "black it out" and level it if not lift it., lights. I have read so many forums on peoples different exhaust, there arent many clips of the new 6.0 so i will just have to look and listen. thanks in advance!

Get those front windows tinted! haha.. Then if you are wanting to black things out get some VHT Nightshade and black your tailights out. There are videos all over Youtube on how to do it right and make it look good.

The 2011 HD's look badass right off the show room floor. Big congrats.

For your truck... I'd consider window tint, More meat on those rims and maybe the VHT night shades on the tails. Bigger tires will make a world of difference :dunno:

The first thing I did to mine was pull that sticker off the frame and take the hair dryer to the decals on the bedside.

I'd leave the stock appearance for a while, until you got bored, and just get a corsa sport and a tuner or tune for now. Something about those rims just looks so damn good, I can't wait until they get a little older where I can afford them.

What to do next? Get a heavy trailer and pull it, as that is what HDs do best.

Sadly, I spent most my budget on the truck, and now I feel quite silly running dirty diapers to the local dump on an HD. Talk about overkill....

On a serious note, we bought ours two weeks ago, a black GMC. We put on a black weather guard toolbox, and believe it or not it looks sick. Added a professional 20% tint layer over the factory tint and tonted the fronts to the legal limit in Utah.

We went rhino lining, up and over the bed rail covers and finished with the 6" chrome step. On the GMC with the chrome trim grill and chrome 2500HD badged, I found the Chrome step to compliment the truck quite well. The rest is dark black.

I was worried I may have made a mistake with the black box, but found it to look much better than Chrome on a black truck, in my opinion.

Unfortunately they won't fit your truck. New bolt pattern for 2011.

Huh, so they started using the ford pattern(metric), I didn't know that.
