Drivetrain Ticking

I have a 2006 Silverado 4wd with the v6. When I drive down the road I hear a ticking sound. It sounds as if a pebble were caught in the tires, but that is not the case. I have replaced all 4 u joints on the drive shafts. Any ideas?

It does not tick when the truck is idling, or when I step on the gas while it is in park...

Did you check all 4 tires to makes sure nothing is in them? Are the 06 chevy's solid axle or IFS? If its a solid axle did you check the u-joints at the wheels?
