Hi all,

I have a 2011 Silverado LS with the 17 chrome wheel covers. The truck does not have the DIC or anything like that. I found a set of new truck take offs from a 2011 Sierra. THey are alloy and 17". The add states that they do not come with the TPM sensors. IS this somethign I need to worry about? Does my truck even have the TPM's being a low model LS? I would really like to get these wheels/tires for my LS. Is there anythign else I should know before doing this?

Switchign to these rims wouldnt void any factory warranty, would it?

Thanks. I am new to the Silverado...

Yes, I believe you need them regardless of not having the DIC. Your current wheels should have them in that you could swap to the new wheels. Switching wheels would not void the factory warranty in anyway except for the wheels themselves. If you want to keep your stock wheels and the new ones, TPMS can be had new for about $154 (set of 4)

Btw, the DIC can be added for about $70
