That's been out for years.  I used to work at CompUSA and that was about 5 years ago and we had it.  Kinda sucks because the resolution still sucks and the programming is even worse.  :jester: NBC

Heck, even my laptop has the ATI Radeon 9000 mobility... it has S-video in and out as well as cable input.

I've got my Satellite connection, basic cable TV connection, and my PS2 all hooked up to my laptop.  It's got dual-head video support, so I can even be typing a paper or surfing the net on my 17" Sony flat screen, while a DVD movie and\or playing PS2 and\or watching TV.  And the TV actually looks just as crisp and clear as on our big TV downstairs.

To check out the laptop go to www.powernotebooks.com and check out the NP-8886 Ultra.

By the way: The real 'pizaz' of the computer in that article is not the TV capability, as others have said- although not too common with prebuilt computers... it's been available for several years now.  The cool thing is Windows Media Center Edition.

Has several of the functions of Tivo, and various other home-theater components.

Albeit it's not the same quality.  But this is version 1.

Pretty soon I'll bet we even see the audiophiles and videophiles turning to PCs for their input and output processing and manipulation.
