I bought a set of tires and rims today! Really excited to get the stockers off :D Anyways i wanted a 33'' tire on my truck and i accindently ordered a 32'' tire. I ordered the 305/50/20 Nitto terra Grapplers and meant to order 305/55/20's. Im debating sending them back but its a hefty cost.

My question is, is it worth the 1'' difference in tire height? Will there be a noticeable difference between a 32 and 33'' tire on my truck? Any help is appreciate! thanks

1/2" on the top, and 1/2" on the bottom and if your stock, But with that said, the 305/55's won't fit without rubbing. The 305/50's are a nice tire size, and have a real meaty look. I'm running them.

Thanks for the reply. I am stock but was planning on doing a torsion bar crank. I was told that they would fit that way. Im just wondering if its worth sending them back and going through the hassle or if i should just stick with the 305/50's

Oh wait,... you have a GMT-800.... You can fit the 305/55's with a torsion crank  But.. you still have to weigh if it's worth it to swap the wheels.

Ya thats the problem. Is the 1'' worth the hassle? Whats your opinion? Is it that noticeable to be worth it?

Go with the 305/50/20s, ran them on my Tahoe.

Thanks for the reply! I may just be being petty i suppose. My goal when i bought tires was to get 33's but 1'' probly isnt gonna matter or be noticeable. thanks

It will cost you mileage :dunno:

I'd send them back or try and swap a tire shop in your area, it would drive me nuts to wonder if the bigger tire would look better or not.

1" isn't worth it... really, your talking 1/2" on the top and bottom
