Clicking sound from front passenger side?

I have a clicking sound from the front passenger side of my truck. I first thought it was under neath the truck and had the U-joints on my drive shaft replaced. It helped with some of the noise, but now it seems to be coming from just the passenger side.

The sound appears to speed up and slow down as the truck accelerates and decelerates. Any ideas?

 

2nd issue. For many years now when I make slow left turns (I think only left) such as pulling into a parking spot. I get this low honking like sound from what seems to be my steering column. Ideas?
