Replacing the rear audio buttons...

I would like to replace the rear audio and HVAC buttons due to wear and tear. (Never had a vehicle that the front or rear audio buttons flake like Chevrolet. Hope that engineering team was fired.) Anyone have a source and instructions on how to do that? I've found a couple of sources for replacing the audio buttons for the front stereo on eBay, but nothing for the rear controls.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
