Power folding window switch for sierra

I have a NBS 2007 sierra 1500 SLE. when i got the truck it had tow mirrors on it, So i bought a set of DL3's that are heated, signal, power folding. My question is: i'm wondering if i buy a new switch for the windows that has the power folding button if all the wiring is in the door already for this? I know i have to have GM program the switch.

 

How much does GM charge to do the programing?

I believe the wires will be there, and the dealer usually only charges 1 hour for the programming. Some have gotten away without programming too.

Before you go to a dealer for "reprogramming", I would suggest starting it yourself to see if they work. When I wanted to add my steering wheel radio controls, three different dealers told me it could not be done without them "reprogramming" my truck and charge $. I did it myself for free, no programming was needed, just dealer trying to make some extra $ by lying to customers.
