Today I noticed one of the rubbers on my wiper was separating. They're crappy anyways, oh well. I looked at a bunch, and was gonna go with the usual rain-x, but was wondering if people were having better luck with other styles/brands. I was kinda wanting to try the spring ones, they have a lot cleaner look.

i personally find the bosch icon's to be great wipers and they are lasting forever for some reason. a lot cheaper then rain x but

I would go with the bosch wipers, I had a set of the rain x wipers on my truck for three years, which was awesome!! However every now and then the wiper would seperate from the arm .. it was really just a design flaw and they shouldnt have been two piece .. Its hard to explain but where I found a weak spot in the rain x wipers they are different on the bosch wipers.

I've found over the years that the OEM blades seem to last the longest. I've tried many other brands and they just don't perform as good.

The best wiper is a new one, I've had bosch I've had rain-x I've had Michelan, they are all the same its a wiper and I replace mine once a year.

They are cheap anyways and nothing beats a fresh set of wipers for the winter!

I've always used rain x wipers and love them. I decided to try the bosch icon on my '08 and replaced them about 3 months later with rain x. The bosch made a lot of noise when wiping like the rubber was extremely hard or something and they also left streaks.

Same here...... OEM!!

I've tried them all, and the OEM were best on mine. Oddly, I recently put a set of the cheapest autozone wipers on my old Honda... and those things work better/quieter than the Neoform I put on the truck at the same time! (The Neoform perform about the same as the high end Bosch, Michelin and RainX models to me).

Thanks for the input guys! The rain x on the 3/4 ton seem to do good, I'll prolly go with the Bosch or the OEM; where's the least expensive place to get OEM wipers?

I went to the car store and picked up some Icons, buy one get one half off. Wow. Way better than the ones it had. They do a lot better job cleaning off the windshield, plus have a much cleaner, simple look. Thanks for all the input!
