Initial start up rough idle

Just started having a little issue after removing my Airaid CAI and installing the Volant with power core filter. On cold start up, the truck starts BUT had a rough idle and briefly sounds like it is going to stall. There are no warning lights that come on and no other idle/start issues, just at first cold start. It's about 15-20 degrees when this is happening..........Anybody have an idea of what this may be? It has never done this before.
