OGM-1 Weirdness? Try reinstalling firmware...

I just downloaded the new firmware to my 2012 Chevy 1500 and after the firmware upload was complete I lost my XM radio and Navigation. The navigation is asking me for an activation code. Has anyone ran into these issues after trying to install the latest firmware update? firmware update OGM1_06062012.ZIP

 

 

Call tech support at 800-371-7725 (they may have to forward you to the navi techs) and be ready to give them some of the numbers on the info screen available from the "Settings" menu

Hi Walt,

 

I understand the OGM1 was discontinued, but is there any chance you could provide some support for my issue? When I turn the volume to the right it doesn't turn up, rather it goes down and up, getting nowhere.

 

I tried to reflash the firmware (it has the latest but I wanted to do a fresh install), but when I attempt to copy the files to the SD card I get an error saying it's locked. I have reflashed with the firmware currently on the card, however, the knob issue persists.

 

Any help is much appreciated.
