NAV Error on OGM-1

I'm experiencing a problem with the Horizon NAV software on an OGM-1. I wanted to get this out so others could check from widely separate locations to see if the error was just me, or possibly just my locality.

 

I have the latest updates from Advent and Horizon installed on the unit.

 

Installed firmware: OGM1_10282011 and 100064415_addr_range_fixed_upgrade.

 

I’m in Springfield, Ohio trying to enter a route to Williamsburg, Va.

Destination: American Heritage RV Park, 146 Maxton Lane, Williamsburg, VA 23118

 

The NAV starts to map the route but always errs out with the following message:

 

“An error has occurred while calculating a route” and gives me the option to exit out of the screen.

 

I have tried this route from other locations within a twenty mile radius but I always get the same result. I would be interested to see if other OGM-1 owners have the same problem. This is most likely a software error in the mapping system and my guess is that everyone will have it.

 

If you don't mind - try the destination from your location and see if the unit will create a route for you. I can successfully navigate to other cities near Williamsburg but nothing in Williamsburg.

 

I emailed Horizon NAV about the problem but I wanted to know whether or not others could obtain a route for this location.
