Welcome to the forum. If the price is right, buy it. You'd have to tell us the price and more truck details/options if you want a honest opinion.

With that being said, my '03 Tahoe 4wd with Autoride has 189K miles and runs great. My father-in-law was the original owner and when he was tired of it my wife and I bought it for her. Now I use it as a daily driver as my wife has another vehicle. It runs great. She also uses/burns no oil. I had to replace the throttle body due to an integrated bad sensor and the trans cooler and lines. Otherwise, only normal maintenance. She gets synthetic 5w-30 oil every 5k miles or less, and the other fluids are changed or flushed every 2-3 years. I have no doubt she has another 100K miles left in her.

Around here that's about the right price, provided the body and interior are good. Trucks cost a little more here seems like, I think because it's hard to find nice ones, most have been used as trucks.

I wouldn't pay more than 8k and it would have to be really nice. KBB cant be 11,900. Have you checked?

Yes KBB price is $16,000. the truck is in exellent condition, but the miles are kinda scary and at the same time there all highway. Would you please check out the dealers site and tell me what you think ,http://www.etcautogroup.com I really do appreciate your time, thanks

Highway miles are easy on a vehicle. Do you have any experience with the previous owner? If it's the story of little old couple that go to the coast every season and the old man was diligent about maintenance, than jump on it. My truck has 208,xxx on it now and it's still going strong. Either way, best of luck.

Best case is truck runs good to 300k. Worst case is you put 5k into a new engine and transmission next week. If the truck is worth 17k to you, I'd say buy it. Personally, I'd spend the money on something with low miles and run it that much longer.
