Help with coolant problem

Today I was driving around and all of a sudden my coolant light comes on my 2000 5.3 silverado ls I was looking around cause I saw that it was leaking, I opened my hood and found out that my outlet hosing was disconnected from the back wall, I have a hosing that has the coolant going in and one that comes out. I was wondering by any chance can someone tell me what the plastic piece that its suppose to be connected to is called. (sorry for the lack of description don't really know how to describe it.

Part look like this?

PArt is called heater hose connector or coolant connector. Connects to your heater core.

Should be Dorman part # 800409

Gm # 15151875, 15032062

Gates rubber also makes these and should be available locally. Rockauto.com is a good place to purchase the Dorman or Gates part online if necessary. GM parts were pretty pricey last I checked

I'm going to have to do my hoses soon also. I'm on 160000 on factory hoses. Granted, I change my coolant regularly so I'm hoping they're still in pretty good shape.
