DIC going crazy; hard shifting

While driving, the parking brake light, abs light, service engine light all come on and the "dings" go off and the msg "stabilitrack off" and " traction control off" then "svc stabilik track and traction control" msg displays. Then, transmission shifts VERY hard on all shihts. If I leave it overnite, all is back to normal the next morning. Any ideas? 2008 GMC K1500, 5.3L. Tanks for any help! Doesn't happen everytime I drive, just occasionally.

Check your battery cables are tight

Did that. They are tight.

Have the battery checked. Check ground connections. Also there have been reports that the battery cables themselves can have an internal problem
