Working on cleaning up and sorting more stuff/garbage, yet again. After taking a load to a consignment sale now the truck is sitting with the bed full of garbage...yet again. Can't wait until my trash service finally starts...my recycle center was closed down so now I have to use curb side trash.

Also cleaned up the inside a little bit, trash, stuff, vacuum, fabreeze...my dog needs a bath. My back seat reeeks like wet dog.

Cleaned MAF, changed air filter, and installed my AirAid tube. Looks nice.

I did the same lol, except I also cleaned the TB and checked the filter, though I did notice a small pool of oil in the Intake Manifold at the very back were it dips in a bit, guess I need to install a catch can....

I didn't look very closely but my TB looked factory clean. I had no doubt my filter needed changed, it was a mess even though it was still flowing fine. The MIT tube is a lot quieter than I thought, almost no difference from stock, but I haven't really romped on it, maybe 4k rpm max. I'm easy on it most of the time. It looks much nicer though and frees up a lot of room under the hood.

I ordered a Volant CAI with Donaldson Powercore filter today. Most the SS guys run them on these LQ9's and love them. I needed something other than the K&N to pass emissions testing

My truck popped a P0300 again. I thought the cats would fix it

Well the last time I had the CEL light on I was told to just put a piece of electrical tape over it...this was a tech a the local GMC dealership...wonder why they got shut down a while back????

I guess it would serve the purpose of not have a light "lit up" right? lol
