No rear A/C after Compressor replacement

I replaced the compressor on my "02 Z71 Tahoe. I am fairly experienced with automotive A/C. However, this is my first vehicle with a rear system. I pulled vacuum on the system and recharged it. The front blows ice cold both it's warm at the rear. Both systems use the same compressor, and condenser.. just a separate evap core. I replaced the orifice tube. The expansion valve is at the condenser... so that shouldn't be the issue..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Sorry but I'm not at all familiar with a rear AC system but is there a seperate refrigerant charge? Maybe have the blender door actuator problem?

Isn't there an expansion valve at the rear near the blower in the back- behind the paneling in the cargo area?

Can't be a blower or door issue. Everything was fine before replacing the compressor. It has to be related to refrigerant.

nGAbear,

I'm not aware of there being one there. I'll check some schematics.

Yes you have a rear expansion valve. It needs to be removed, checked and the evap flushed
