Looking for a 3in body lift. Who gor the best kit? I see zone listed on here alot so i was lookin at there kit online. What kits will allow me to keep my tow hooks? Also what are some good shops to look at for prices? I am kinda still new to the truck thing!

Zone makes a good kit, and you can keep your tow hooks. Have to cut some plastic and flip them over is all, order it straight from their website.

So the best place to buy from is right from zone

A lot of people have used those Zone kits and seem very happy with them.

I got a Performance Accessories lift on mine. I opted for it because the rear bumper brackets came bundled with the kit and the Zone kit sold them seperately. Neither came with gap guards though.

Best advice I can give you is to research both kits and read both sets of instructions a couple of times. That helped me determine which kit I wanted to use. If you still cant decide, just go with the cheaper one. I found that the official Zone website isthe cheapest place to buy the Zone products, but I found some PA products on ebay that were pretty cheap. I think I saved about $50 on mine since the bumper brackets were already bundled in.

Thats still a little steep. I have priced the components for my 05 at $75 for the gap guards, $350 for the kit with bumper brackets, and $100 for the leveling kit with a 2" AAL. Of course we have different generations of trucks, but im sure the components would be similar in price. Sometimes it pays to shop around. Just because its bundled doesnt automatically mean it a deal. But, Im also the kind that will spend hours (over a few days or weeks, not all at once) looking for deals, so maybe I just got a smoking deal on mine.

Google and Ebay are your friends. Just make sure you read the descriptions on ebay very thouroughly.

Get GM rear wheelhouse liners. Rear gap guards look terrible.
1st thing on my list

Not being argumentative, because you are right about the wheel well liners, BUT, IMO my gap guards look awesome. But, I made them out of metal and painted them black so that it looks like frame, not cheap rubber.
