Want to go from Vinyl flooring to carpet

I have a RCLB W/T model and I want to swap my vinyl floors for factory carpet ones since I can't find a floor mat that will stay in place ontop of the vinyl and its just a pain....any suggestions if this can be done simply and where to buy from (I'm in Canada so i know that cuts out a lot of places) Or if someone could suggest a mat that is meant for the vinyl floors, that may be a cheaper solution.

loook for wrecked trucks and the install is very easy... i did it in my 1999 and it took 1 hour...

I'd prefer to order new carpet but I'm assuming it's fairly easy since I only have 2 seats to take out

Did you try the dealer? Never know, it may be one of those items that is real cheap. Try going to your salesman that sold you the 2010 and see if he can swing a deal with the parts department.

Not that I am suggesting this, but, I once saw a guy rent a vehicle that was the same model as his, bring it home, and swap some interior parts with his car....

That's awesome and pretty smart. But id be funny if an ltz model came back with a different dash

I also have a 2010 regular cab W/T with the vinyl floor. I just tried to use the online parts diagrams and per usual I have trouble finding what I'm looking for, in this case the carpet. Anybody have a part number?

I wonder if I get some industrial Velcro and slap it to the bottom of some genuine gmc mats and to the floor of they'll stick... Anyone want to think that'll work? Also I found the carpet too, i called the dealer, 450 new. And if I order it and have it shipped I'll get dinged on the customs stuff.

Get it shipped via USPS. No insane brokerage fees. There are also places around Niagara Falls NY that will accept packages for you. You drive down, pick it up, and drive back. Even if you declare it when crossing, you only have to pay hst(may only be gst) on it. Take the wife away for the weekend, two birds with one stone.

I'm about 45min from the odgensburg border. I could do that. But I find through USPS it becomes Canada post and u still get nailed. I haven't quite decided yet what to do.
