Nav for the truck

I have a 2012 Sierra - and wanted to put a nav system in it. The factory wanted something like 5k for it between the jump in trim level and the option cost.

So...I found this solution on this forum. It's an Advent OGM1 - specifically built to look and work like a factory unit. It just plugs right into the factory harness and things like steering wheel controls, etc all still work without any extra modules!

I also installed a backup camera (backing this thing up in parking lots was a pain) and an overhead monitor for my son.

Bought it from Walt at ADCMobile.com. Walt is great to deal with - I even had a warranty issue with the first unit and he took care of it. He answered all my install questions too.

That looks great... I might have to think about that option in the future... Can you give me a ballpark on price?

Cool, is that Waterloo? I recognize the streets! Definitely interested in price to your door, PM if you don't want it public.

Yep that's Kitchener.

I'd recommend sending Walt an email on pricing. I had it shipped to CBI in buffalo and went and picked it up so shipping it directly to your door would be a bit more.
