I can't get an email back from westers or blackbear. Did it take you guys awhile?

It took me a few days to get a reply from Blackbear. I think I caught them at the tail end of a vacation because they seemed really busy lately but it was worth the wait.

If you sent a new email before getting a reply on your first then it would have put you back at the bottom of the email queue, based on what I've read on how their email system works.

We receive hundreds of emails everyday, so we are normally 2-3 days behind. We answer each and everyone of them, while getting tunes out the door, and will not risk quality by hastening our pace.

 

As stated above, if you send multiple emails, it will increase your wait time- the server shows us emails in the order received based on the most recent received.
