Front fuse box 2003 Silverado

I had an issue with mice under the front fuse panel in the engine compartment.

I opened it completely up to clean out the nest and I found two red wires with eyelet ends on them that were not connected to the fuse panel.

It would seem that they should be mounted to the two posts that are visible on top of the fuse panel.

Also I found a male and female plug, they both have large blue wires attached to them, that were also disconnected from each other.

My question is should these wires be attached?

I wonder if these wires were disconected when my snow plow was attached?

NOT SURE WHAT TO DO HERE.

I'ts clear that some one was in there at one time besides the mouse.

Those two wires hook up to the two studs on the front/outside of the underhood fuse center.

One is to power up the hot aux. lug in the trailer plug and the other is for the self installed trailer

brake devise.

A full explanation and details are in the owners manual.
