7.5" Lift + OEM 20's... but which tires?

I have a BDS 6" lift + the Zone 1.5" BL on my truck (5.3L ECSB) right now and I just recently picked up a set of OEM GMC 20's to replace my 18x10 wheels.

I'm having a really hard time deciding on what tire size to go with, so help me out.

My truck mostly sees highway/street use with the occasional beach, nothing crazy here. I've narrowed it down (I think) to 3 choices (but open to other opinions):

Cooper Discoverer STT Tek 3

Cooper Zeon LTZ

Falken Wild Peak AT

Now on to my sizing dilemma.

33x12.50R20

305/55R20 (33x12)

275/65R20 (34x11)

35x12.50R20

An issues with going with a 35" tall tire is that I don't prefer to regear my truck (3.73's). At least not right now or within the next set of tires. Right now I have 325/60R18 on 18x10 wheels and it's a turd towing.

Something else worth mentioning. I plan on running spacers on the OEM 20's (most likely 2"). I also like the wide stance/narrow tire look but don't prefer the tires to stick out very much. [key as to why im switching to a narrower wheel]

So give me your thoughts/inputs. A local dealership is having a killer deal on tires (cost + free shipping + free mounting and balancing). Thanks in advance.
