2000 silverado stepside bed

i have a scsb with a stepside, the other night someone ran into my bed and the rear passenger fender completely cracked and broke, i dont know who it was so i cant go through insurance due to me not having full coverage. whats everyone think get a fleetside bed or try to get a new fender, and if new fender where can i get an oem one and not a fiberglass one.

Rock auto has the step sides, not sure of the material though. You could probably get a fleetside with some searching on craigslist for less, it will probably require a different fuel filler neck.

thats my problem ive checked all over craigslist and i cant find any fleetsides what so ever and if i do they were on a work truck dented like crazy and scratched like no tomorrow

oh ok, around here (midwest) we have a car and car part magazine and they always have sportside beds and fleetside beds listed for sale
