Need new heads..which ones?

Hey guys! With 320k on it, my valvetrain is pretty tired. It's chattery and #2 has a bit of a tick, and makes a nasty maraca noise on cold starts (sub 40 degrees). I was just going to pick up a set of used heads and throw on once it warms up, which leads me to my questions.

 

As far as performance, would 4.8, 5.3, or 6.0 heads be better? The truck has a 4.8 in it right now.. I don't want to retune whichever route I go with BTW. Thank you!

If you don't want to retune I think you're pretty much same for same.

You might do some checking on part numbers, but I believe the heads are the same on all 3 engines. I don't remember which is which, but the difference from the 4.8 to 5.3 is bore of piston and from 5.3 to 6.0 is the stroke of crank.
