New Ideas/Plans for my truck.

Okay guys, I thought about upgrading my truck to some things.

305/55/20 or 33x12.50x20 tires. (my tires right now are wore out)

3" Body Lift from Zone so I can clear the bigger tires. Also, I want some kind of side steps to hide the frame, Black, but I have no idea what brand to get. Gap Guards for sure!

I want a louder/more aggressive exhaust, currently have the Flowmaster 40. I want Magnaflow muffler, bc my G8 GT had the 2 on it & it sounded great, If I keep with FlowMaster I'm getting the Super 44.

I dump my exhaust right before the rear axle.

TIres wise, I want the Toyo Open Country AT2, but everywhere I go. They're currently out of stock, how long would it be for them to be back in stock, anyone know? Only thing that is stopping me getting the Toyo MT are the weather conditions I live in. In the winter, we usually do get snow & ice. Some people say they do great & some say they don't. Just having mixed reviews. If I don't get the MT, I will get the AT2. Other tire ideas are the General Grabber AT2.

Well thats my plan for now, what do y'all think or recommend I should do?

Thanks guys.

i have a set of 305/55r20 toyo at2 sittin at my shop, ill find out the price tomorrow and msg you. also you would be better off going with a 2 inch lift (spacer up front and blocks in rear) and then a 1.5 inch body, leave less frame showing and gives you more lift.

I already got 2 inch leveling kit, so I don't know for sure what to do. I heard that was the case on GMT 800's, but don't know for sure on. Sorry, I didn't know where to post since I had different plans Moderators.

I replied to your message, but the sizes you're debating are essentially the same. Of course stick with the 3" body lift idea. NFab style steps look best IMO...other than AMPS (spendy). Get GM rear liners instead of the rear guards, and get Toyo MTs. Have you considered Mickey Thompson ATZs?

Toyo MTs have always done great for me in the snow (including this past weekend)

Thanks man & I saw that, but anyways I haven't looked at the steps yet. Where is the best place to buy the steps from?

I like the look of the ATZ, but they're too expensive for me!

How long have you had the MT's on for? Getting good wear? I would love to have these,bc they look so damn good!

I got a quote on the Toyo tires. AT2 for $1,160 && the MT's for $1,357.

ITs close either way I go.

I would just search for the best deal on steps. And the Toyo MT is an easy choice here!

Yes they are, best looking for sure. Just want that good grip in the snow & the rain, once they wear down, ya know?

Get the MTs and dont look back! any tire will be fine, just drive accordingly.
