New Truck Ordering

Hey all,

 

I am thinking about ordering a 13 Silverado and wanted to run this past the experts here. My salesman informed me that the build out date for dealers that still have allocations is tomorrow Feb. 2. I am still conflicted about either waiting for the new body style or pulling the trigger now. Here is my option list

 

2013 Silverado 4x4 LTZ

Deep Ruby Metallic

Ebony, Custom perforated leather seats

5.3L V8

3.42 axle ratio

suspension pacakge - $295

P265/65/18 all terrain blackwall - $75

window power rear sliding - $250

sunroof - $995

trailer brake controller - $230

seats, heated and cooled - $650

LTZ plus package - $605

rear vision camera - $450

 

 

MSRP with Destination is $46,480

Invoice is $43,168.56

Dealer will do $1k under invoice plus incentives which are $5k right now

3k + 1k Loyalty + 1k Trade

so 37168.56 before trade.

Good price and gonna be a nice truck! Whether to wait is your call. Do you think you will like the new bodys? Price, your not gonna get much if anything off a new body. I went ahead because of the killer deal on mine, plus I had a 08 Silverado and absolutely loved it. I am kinda undecided on the new trucks and the styling, but ill wait to reserve judgement.

But the price was the main thing for me, I got a 38k truck for 26k and know that wouldn't happen with one of the new trucks.

Sounds like A LOT of truck, a nice one too. The price is very nice IMHO.

Eaton rear locker (G80 option code)?

the G80 is standard on the LTZ. I didnt pull the trigger on a new order because I needed more time to think about it.
