TMS/Remote Keyless Entry

My TMS system and my keyless door entry system went out at the same time. I have a 2007 Sierra Z71, 107,000 miles. Tried to reprogram the Keyless entry and the truck computer does not recogize it. Had diagnostics doe and did not find what computer chip maybe failing. Everything else works fine on the truck.

 

any ideas?
