Handmade Knives

I am making some knives as a hobby, and I have decided that I dont need that many. once I finish the ones I have, I will have over 10, and thats only the beginning. I have been cutting them from an old sawmill blade that a buddy gave me. The steel is good quality, high carbon, with a faily high nickle content. Each blade is cut, shaped, hollow ground, heat treated and hardened, polished, and sharpened to shave.

I only have one that is completely finished at the moment. It has a Winewood Dymondwood handle that has been pinned and epoxied, then polished. I took a few swings with a hammer when I was heat treating it to give it a hammer-forged look. It comes with the sheath shown. This would make a great skinning knife for a hunter or outdoorsman, or would be a great all-purpose knife. Dimensions are 3 1/4" cutting edge, and 6 3/4" overall length.

Sorry, I tried starting this twice, and I guess I left that out on the second try.

Looking to get $140 TYD. Everything you see was hand made by me. I even made the sheath, hand tooled, and hand stitched.

Definately looks like a great quality but a little to rich for me right now. GL tho. I'll hit you up for one down the rd.

Thanks. I decided to leave a little more of the saw blades character on those than I normally do. I call them, "Rustic Refinement."
