Doubling up leveling kits?

Just put new wheels on my truck w 285/70-17 dura grapplers and the tires rub pretty bad on the mud flap, well ive worn threw the flap and hitting the rocker now. I have a leveling kit which is a spacer on the TOP of the strut. Have been wondering if i could get the other brand of leveling kit that goes on the bottom of the strut. Anyone done this? To much stress on the front end ya think?

Speaking from experiance do NOT stack leveling kits. Just spend the little bit of extra money and do the 1.5" body lift. That doesn't look noticable and will not destroy your front end.

I dont think ill be able to do that easily, light bar on the front of the truck is mounted to the frame. Would be goofy i think. If doubling up on leveling kits is bad news ill just let them rub i suppose

Look up the norcal fender mod. Just please don't double level

Most 2.5" kits I have seen are a spacer on the bottom for 2" and then a spacer on top for the last 1/2"

if your level kit on the top is 2inches you can put a .5 spacer on the bottom and be fine. fat bobs sells them.

The CV angles because you're not doing a full lift. A full 3' lift would do something like re-position the hub on the spindle to keep angles right and even larger lifts drop the axle lower
