Fuel Filter Question

I ordered a AC Delco fuel filter for my truck.  It's an '01 with the 5.3l Automatic.  I got the AC Delco GF481.  When I glanced at my owner's manual it said it took a GF626.  Are these the same filters?  I just want to make sure it won't hurt anything if I put this on?  Thanks.
