New tire choices

I am looking at buying new tires for my 2011 gmc 2500. My rims are stock, and I have 265/70/17 on the truck right now. I would like to go a little bit bigger just using the stock rims and not having to do any modifications. The torsion bars have been adjusted a bit to make the truck level with the rear. The truck is never driven off road, just on the highway. What would your suggestions be?
