Recon Line of Fire

The quality and service at Recon certainly has gone downhill. I bought a new Line of Fire to replace one damaged in an accident in Feb. My old Line of Fire of was better built and was still working after 6 1/2 years of service. The new one seems like a cheaper grade of plastic and 6 months later several LEDs are burnt out and some are brighter than others. Contacted Recon and their warranty for the Line of Fire is 90 days. They did offer me a new replacement one for $80.00 including shipping, which is more than I paid for the one I currently have.

 

Gotta love their website disclaimer:

I certainly agree with your assessment. The LOF I had on my '09 GMC worked about four months before it went dim. Never again will I waste mod funds on something like that. Junk.
