Its not worth it going that way... besides my diff doesn't exist anymore in 8 lug. Cost more for rims than I paid for the truck.. pass. Naw... the grey one looks good as it is. Debadged with black rims and tint. Ultimately the 03 will end the same lol.

No but you can get the 11.5. Or have custom rear shafts made

Then brakes are a pita to deal with and as far as I know they are bigger and likely different overall. The 11.5" is a big heavy pig for nothing. If I can't break the 9.5" I don't need heavier.

 

Adapters or aftermarket rims... probably just aftermarket rims.

Or a custom axle shaft. Couldnt be more than $500. Im just pissed that after this accident most plans have to be put on hold. But I will be getting DL3's. After 2 days with the DL8's, its nice to not have to lay over the seat and console to fold in and have to get out and fold out while at the car wash

True... but then you are drilling brake rotors too. And..... the rims still sit in too far under the truck. The more I think about it I think some aftermarket whatever will be easier and simpler. I mean I have aftermarket rims on both other trucks lol.

 

DL3s are nice no doubt. My local wrecker lets me go in like a pick and pull and are really cheap. I made a haul yesterday but forgot to get a drivers mirror for my 03. Was able to get a passenger seat base, door panel and drivers sunshade... plus battery tray and pcm bracket. It goes in for an interior detail today and will be like a new truck lol.

They aren't common is why. After 03 only luxury stuff basically had puddle lamps. I want puddle lamp dl3s on all mine lol. The 03 already has them.

Me either. I like them better for a normal driver as they won't get chipped all to hell. But on my spiral grey truck I want those and then do painted handles

If you find a part number to buy painted DSGM handles let me know. I do want those. All I can find in DSGM are painted with a chrome pull

Yeah that's yhe escalade ones. I want yhe entire handle smooth and painted as well so we shall see. I will post what I find
