help or opinions w new trail grapplers.

2004 silverado 2500 hd......the truck is leveled (raised 2.5" in the front and 1" block in rear) i am currently running 295/75/16 bfg's on stock rims...that tire measures 33.2" tall. Im looking to put on 20x8.5 rockstars +10mm offset. Tire size is where im not sure what would be best,,, im going w the nitto trail grapplers. am i best off going with 295/55/20 which is 32.9 tall and 12.52 width or going with the 305/55/20 which is 33.39 tall and 12.60 width..the 295 bfg's clear on the truck now they come real close to the bottom of the fender flare but clear i didnt even have to trim,,,,what do you guys think?

You will have rubbing with both, but you will have to trim for the 305/55's. I ran those on 305/55/20s on my 03 HD on aftermarket wheels but I had to do some minor trimming and hammering. The 295s will fit better but will still be larger than the BFGs you were running. This is because Nitto's run more true to size and BFGs run small. Can I persuade you to get different wheels?
