CIPA towing mirror 10800

Has anyone used the CIPA towing mirrors 10800 that slip over existing mirrors on 06 GMC 2500 ? Are they any good? I'm now using e source mirrors that attach to factory mirror with two straps. They last about 3-4 months and then the straps break.

Used em on my 02 Ram and my 11 silverado... they work ok but slightly shake. better than nothing, certainly better than the strap on ones, BUT I have to admit, I didn't know what I was missing until I got the aftermarket Tow Mirrors. I paid $170 for Power and heat on ebay. paid $80 for the CIPA mirrors..... Had I known I would have got what I have now in the first place.

Just go with the Kool Vue GM73ER-S and GM73EL-S tow mirrors, I have the right side one in my garage. I need to buy a new left. I loved them
