AC Belt tensioner on 2013 6.2?

Not finding an ac tensioner pulley on my 2013 6.2. How is the ac belt held tight? How would it be replaced (when the time comes)?

Never understood this design. Why not just incorporate it into the serpentine belt routing. I'm sure GM had a reason.

Noise reduction. I bought a book on LS engines when I bought my 2003 when I thought I'd have the means to build it up. Book said separating the compressor from the rest reduced noise at idle by a whopping 7db.
