Remote door lock

I have a 2003 Silverado and am having trouble with my remote door lock. I have checked my remote lock fob at the dealer and find it to be working properly, I have gone through the reprogram routine (holding down the unlock button, on/off x2, release unlock button, hold lock/unlock on fob for 15 sec) with no success. Seems I'm left with the receiver, how expensive and difficult is it to replace?

I wish I had an answer but my 03 does this too somewhat. I currently have one working fob and that's it. Truck seems to randomly lose programming to the fobs and then not all will link up again. Then again with me it could be bad aftermarket fobs or dead batteries but I don't think so.

Sounds like the RF module in the truck is going bad

It's called the RCDLR (remote control door lock reciever) and it's expensive (like $400), not sure if it's worth it if it truly is bad, however, it's unlikely. Try using another key fob from a similar vehicle and try programming it to yours as a check. I don't know the location of the module in a silverado. best of luck!
