Another Cam Info Request

I am thinking of adding a cam to my 4.3L engine. The Camquest company offers one that is advertised as for "economy, torque, and mild perforance gain". I would like to hear if anyone has had any experience with the company. And their results if they have used one their cams.

Camquest is the online configuration wizard of Comp Cams. I personally don't like Comp as they use cheap cores for their roller cams....... and all their cams quite frankly. They make some good stuff but it's hit or miss. Do not use their springs....... period.

 

Isky makes very nice products as does Lunati. They simply have a better core that they grind the camshaft from.

Comp are grossly overpriced IMHO.

Isky does pretty cool cam/lifter/timing set packages.

Howard's Cams sold thru Competition Products seem interesting too, but I don't know much about them.

(Yes, I know all those examples are for an LS V8, but that's what I am researching.)
