Tonneau Cover, and painted bumper protection.

My truck should be in soon, (in transit) was wondering if my tonneau cover from my 2009 will fit the 2014. Also on my 09 denali the painted bumpers are garbage rock chips with rust patches both front and rear. (only 65000 km) so not sure if it's a quality problem with paint. Will it be worth it to get 3m clear film or will the 14 denali be more durable. Overal not impressed with the paint on the 09 wheel wells and lip, both bumpers, end gate all chipping. I do live in Canada but I excepted it to be a lot more durable.

Undercover, Extang and Bak seem to be most popular. I went Undercover. Get the 3 M on the front ...paint won't take sand and rocks. Look at the harder windshield pits in sunlight. Even the Clear Bra can tear from larger gravel but my source, Transguard, will replace free. For the price you can probably repaint.

What was your build date? 6.2?

It will being staying stock ride height. Yeah I will price it out and see if it's worth it vs repaint in 2 years. I ordered it around start of October never followed up dealer just told me it's built and being shipped now. I just went with the 5.3 with this truck. I've had 5.3 then 6.2 now back to 5.3 I only tow few times per year my boat and drive a lot on the highway so figured 5.3 will be fine this go around.

I went with the bakflip so I'd have access to the stake holes to tie down my inflatable pontoon boat ontop of the tonneau and my camping gear below.

I'm not sure what's up with the two front stake holes on the 2014 though, haven't had a chance to see if that's a removable cover or if it's non existent now
