Need help with denso navigation system

hello there

 

i have 2013 gmc sierra denali with denso hdd navigation system

no have weather function!

have problem with voice command i cant use all voice commands

and no have xm function

and when i pressed the button for command saying connection is error i don't know why

all disable by dealer

also Bluetooth disable

i cant use all system

 

any one can help me please

When you purchased it was it supposed to have that enabled? Is it supposed to plug right in without any adaptors? Did you try going to the place that sold it to you?

Did the unit come with a microphone? Did it come with the gps antenna?

I see that the Denon is about half the price of the OGM1. For the price difference there must be something not included with the Denon.

 

I have the OGM1 in my truck, Dealer did not have to make any changes to my truck and it did not require any adaptors to make it work. Everything was in the box.

I'm visit the dealer they say we don't have any navigation system information

For this car it's new 2013

 

Here in Saudi only 3 bad dealers ?

I assume you purchased the vehicle new. I don't know how it is in Saudi, but, are you not covered by some warranty on the truck? When they sold you the truck, did they sell you the nav system as well? Have you tried going to the salesman that sold you the truck and tell him that the truck he sold you was defective?

Can you contact your local GM office to see what they can do?

If it was not factory installed there is two wires from the vcim thave to be connected for voice commands.
