Wated - Black LTZ Honeycomb Grill Inserts

Hey guys,

If anyone has a take off grill there not doing anything with or wanting to trade for chrome inserts. I'm looking to get the black style honeycomb grill inserts from the LTZ truck. I have chrome inserts in mine. I'm in the 08865 area code. Shipping the entire grill would probably be expensive, the inserts would be cheaper to ship i assume. Or we can meet up. Thanks.

Hey man, I did the same thing you're wanting to do.. I found an OEM grille online for $300.00 shipped and replaced it myself. I then sold the chrome grille for $300.00 the same day. The LTZ emblem clips on so you can purchase any grille and simply swap it over. The grille mesh is assembled to the grille surround so you really have to buy the entire thing. Thanks for the info. Truck looks great. Also the LTZ symbol just snaps out.. If you remove the LTZ does it leave any holes or anything on the grill?

Thanks man, and no the LTZ doesn't leave any holes, it has a special bracket that centers it up in one of grille mesh holes and then a back plate snaps on to keep it from falling off. You could, if you wanted, move or put the LTZ symbol in a different spot even.

Thank you again. I got a grill off ebay. New take off for $185 shipped. It has the LTZ emblem but now I know I can just take that off. Thanks.

No problem, I'll find the instructions and post how to change the grille out since you have to remove the top bumper pad.
