Trade in Value $3500.00

 

Out the Door Price they are offering including tax, Tags, Dealer fee ($75 Costco Program) And everything------ $37,795.00

 

What Does Everyone / Anyone think of that ????? I asked for $37000.00 Out the Door and he said he couldn't get there ?

Don't forget to redeem your private offers. Eliminate the trade. Sell it outright for a bunch more. Remember, dealers steal trades and you can get a lot more on your own.

2nd the idea on selling outright instead of trading. I was offered a max of $5500 to trade. I gave up the $1k trade in allowance and sold outright for $8000, which was a total steal.

like others have said, sell your trade in private. its a pain but youll get more for it. but your buying an almost 40k truck and letting $795.00 be the deal breaker?

I didn't want to let that small amount be the DealBreaker, I called and told him to get the deal done. He was trading with another Dealer and promised the truck would be here on Sunday. He called me at 3:30 Sunday saying it wasn't going to make it but it would be here on Monday afternoon. He called me Monday afternoon saying it wouldn't make it until after hours. And now he wanted me to come in and Pay for the deal, process all paperwork , only catch I wouldn't get the truck until the following day(Which would have been today) I told him to have his manager put all that in writing and I would feel comfortable doing that. Of course he said no problem, but they did not do that. I emailed both of them requesting that be done and no reply .

 

He sent me a text saying we will see what we can do tomorrow(Today) I haven't heard from him. But I suspect most of the incentives are gone.

 

Disappointing, but I wasn't comfortable with the way they wanted me to do that.
