Ordered Denali 6.2 on 11/14/13, accepted 12/06/13, advised on 12/11/13 target production week of 12/23/13.

Update . Talked to another dealer and he said no way did this dealer have any Denali's with 6.2. He did say that they should see one just after the holidays.

I guess the original dealer was trying to sound like........I don't know special?

Some dealers think 6.2 denalis aren't on the ground yet for some reason while some of us have been driving them for a while.

My local dealer told me that the 6.2's were not in production and then acted like they were not interested in ordering me one but instead wanted me to satisfy for a 5.3. The dealer I bought from located the 6.2 I found and did a dealer trade. Even my dealer had 3 6.2's while I was waiting on my truck to get off the rail car.

All the dealers have Denali's in stock around here. They just started dropping this week.

6.2l, Denali, Iridium, CC, standard box, sunroof, integrated trailer brake. Ordered 11-11, order still not picked up by GM due to sunroof constraint, as of 12-12-13. GM offered to pick up the order without the sunroof last week but I said no. The communication has been horrible.

 

Do the orders that are being picked up recently include sunroofs?

Probably another reason why GM hasn't been pushing the 6.2's..... get people into 5.3's and get them to trade up to a 6.2 in a year or two when the incentives mask some of the $$ lost

No sunroof here, Ordered my 6.2, CC, 1LZ, Max tow, Silverado on 10/22 accepted 11/06 sat at 1100 until sometime around 12/06 now at 3100 with a TPW of 12/30, bench seat, blue topaz, Dark ash interior, 20" wheels LED bed lights and Camper mirrors were the only other options I got.

My Denali 6.2L CC SB includes a sunroof ordered. Order 11/6 currently at 3100 with a TPW of 12/30.

Well I may wait until the 2015's?

I have a 2009 SD and is in perfect condition with about 60,000 miles. Works and looks great.

I like the look of the 2014 trucks. I hate getting in on the first year of a new model.
