Gas in oil

Has anybody noticed there oil level climbing. It's been cold here in Ontario and maybe I abuse the remote start a little bit, quite a bit but my oil level has come over the full mark by a good 3/4 inch and smells like gas. Only have 1500 kms on it. My 2008 did this as well but not quite as noticeable. Does Gm maybe tune a little on the rich side or is this not normal at all. I would think with today's technology we should be able to keep the gas from washing down the cylinder walls.

You have a serious problem, why you are posting on here about it and not using your warranty is beyond me.

How could they say this could possibly be his fault? Are you saying they might say he added gas to the crankcase?

Yeah, I'm implying that he poured gas into the crank. It was a shot at dealerships usually trying to blame problems on the individual. You know .... a joke.

LB7 Duramax's used to make oil as well. You will be looking at new injectors.
