What's up guys, new to the forum. I ordered a 2014 Sierra, 4x4 6.2L last month. I pick it up in about a week or two. I was looking to see if anyone has experience with exhaust systems on the Sierras and if so what do you suggest? My previous truck was a Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi with flowmasters I liked the sound and would be fine with something similar. Thanks for any help.

all in how much you want to spend and what you want.... I just replaced the muffler on mine with a flowmaster 40 kept the stock stainless pipe, nice sound $100. If you want duals on the low end cost wise but still quality a Flowmaster system may work for you, magnaflow is a littl emore expensive and the corsas are nice too if you want to spend the $$ the GMPP Borlas are an option too with warranty through GM

Thanks for the reply National.

I have a steady job and not many expenses right now so price isnt really picky. Just looking for a deep sound. The Flowmasters on my dodge were done by a friends autoshop so I really do not know much about exhaust being that he pretty much just pointed me in the direction he thought best since he knw more about trucks.

I was thinking about going straight pipes as I have heard they are louder that way. My previous truck had two pipes going out the right side infront of the rear wheel.

Do you guys buy from shops or do you order online and then either self install or take it to a shop. Sorry for all the noob questions.
