Crew Cab Rear Seat Belt Driver's Side Replacement

Hi,



My safety belt in the rear seat on the driver's side stopped retracting, I pulled it out today and the part number I'm finding is:



GM 15111584


Model: 10003


1E135


MFG BY KEY SAFETY SYSTEMS, INC.



This is coming off a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab.



When I look for any of those numbers I can't find any new parts for it.



Is there an upgraded safety belt module that should be installed? If so, what is the part number?
