How do I switch my transfer case into nuetral on a 2007 chevy silverado vortec max

whats owners manual say ?,i can look it up for you if you dont have 1,,,

If it's a dial apply the parking brake put the trans in neutral and turn the dial to" n". If it's buttons you press two of them at the same time I think and they should have a line with an "n" showing which two.I think...

It's the dial type ... It told me to put trans in nuetral set e brake and hold dial all the way to the right for 15 seconds all it did was go into 4 low it did not go into nuetral I tried it on my vortec max and on a regular 1/2 ton chevy it did not work on either

Mine works every time when done per the owner's manual. Set e-brake, turn ignition to ON position, Trans to neutral, ensure transfer case is in 2 Hi. Then turn the dial all the way over to neutral and hold for 10 seconds.

You might have more luck with truck in neutral rolling at a very slow 2-3mph. That's the best way I've found to get into 4wd low (which for me in my manual tcase truck goes right through neutral).
