Headlight covers

I've been looking for some blacked out headlight and taillight covers for my 2014 Silverado. I have come up short everywhere. Does anyone have info on these?

Why do people find these products so appealing for their vehicles? I was behind a truck the other day that had his taillights blacked out to the point of not being able to see them during daylight hours.

 

You will be asking for extra attention for sure, I know the police here are cracking down on them as I hear people complaining about the tickets all of the time.

Not sure if you are looking for the hard plastic ones, but I've always used Lamin-x films...very easy to install and look great!

I would recommend the film if you're going to do this. It's very easy to put on.

I put some on my motorcycle and it didn't take away any light at all with HID's

Try plastic dip spray paint , does a good job darken it as much as you like depending on how Many coats you put on . Peels off if you don't like it, (will with stand preassure washer)

You can buy the film and put it on the light then just cut around the spots that hang over
